Netflix/Syfy - The Magicians

 

Syfy and Netflix seek high engagement from shared and user generated content.


Challenge

For its second season, both Netflix and Syfy were looking to promote the show and continue to increase viewership among this coveted entertainment audience.

Solution

Heartbeat reached out to its network of Ambassadors and engaged over 500 Ambassadors to post creative assets promoting seasons 1 and 2 of the show.  The Ambassadors were asked to include specific hashtags and post content related to the show.

Results

Syfy successfully promoted its television series and established a new level of engagement with its audience.  Heartbeat’s Ambassadors were incredibly engaged, with posts generating 6.32% overall campaign engagement rate, over-delivering on both reach and engagement.
